Português: Em Nazaré, a cidade onde os cristãos acreditam que Jesus viveu grande parte da sua vida, as celebrações de Natal foram reduzidas em solidariedade com os palestinianos em Gaza. Os líderes cristãos disseram à VOA que é impossível sentir-se festivo nesta altura, enquanto os proprietários de empresas dizem que o comércio caiu a pique porque os turistas e os peregrinos se mantêm afastados devido à guerra.
