Português: NBR NOTÍCIAS - 05.09.13: Na reportagem especial desta quinta-feira (5) sobre a Semana da Pátria, a equipe da TV NBR mostra o trabalho das Forças Armadas, formada pelo Exército, Marinha e Aeronáutica. As três forças unidas são responsáveis por defender a soberania nacional e o território brasileiro. São tarefas definidas pela Constituição Federal, mas as Forças Armadas também realizam ações sociais no Brasil e participam de missões de paz no exterior. O Exército conta com o apoio de 200 mil homens que asseguram a segurança do país nas fronteiras brasileiras pelo meio terrestre. A Aeronáutica responde pela defesa aeroespacial e, com 70 mil militares, combate o tráfico de drogas e armas, controla o correio aéreo e o espaço aéreo civil e militar. Já a Marinha, que tem o efetivo de 60 mil homens, responde pela segurança do mar e dos rios brasileiros.
