Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Somalia’s militant group, Al Shabaab claims its fighters attacked a military base with a suicide car bomb in the south of Somalia, killing 27 soldiers. Residents of a nearby town say they heard a blast. The attack follows a June attack on the base by Al Shabaab that wounded seven soldiers. We will try to get more details as well as check with our Somali Service colleagues on what they have from their stringers.
