English: This animation depicts the assembly of the International Space Station since Nov. 20, 1998, with the delivery of the Zarya module, through May 16, 2011, with the delivery of the EXPRESS Logistics Carrier-3 and the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer. The space station is a collaborative product of five space agencies, representing 15 nations, and has been continuously inhabited by humans since November 2000. |
