Description
English: Former U.S. ambassador to Zimbabwe Charles A. Ray told Straight Talk Africa that U.S. foreign policy in Africa is too narrow and often focuses on the wrong areas. He says an emphasis should be placed on Africa's internal challenges rather than foreign competition and warns about potential national security threats to the U.S. Africa is a diverse continent and U.S. policies should reflect that.
