Description
English: Haitians’ reaction to the United Nations Security Council’s decision to move Kenyan police to the country remain mixed, with strong doubts that the force will be able to take on the established Haitian gangs entrenched in the country’s capital, Port-au-Prince. VOA Creole Service Chief Sandra Lemaire spoke to Africa 54 on the decision and its impact for Haiti.
